Our platform provides membership for sellers, potential landlords and potential tenants. While we charge potential tenant a retainer and agent fee to find them the perfect home, we provide them free membership on our website until we are able to find them their perfect homes!
We offer a free online membership to our landlords and sellers of properties to enable them maximize our service for a satisfactory result. Signing up for membership allows property owners utilize our site to showcase their properties while tenants and buyer explore those properties before we take them on a tour, to check out their desired option(s). There is a 10% agent fee once we have successfully found you your desired home or property, and during payment of your rent or payment for newly acquired property which you will be making through us.
